Key takeaways
  • LinkedIn Lead Gen Form submissions are the only LinkedIn leads that reach Pipedrive automatically and with LinkedIn's blessing.
  • Sales Navigator has no native Pipedrive sync, so saved leads need a third-party extension or manual entry.
  • A Zapier LinkedIn Lead Gen Form trigger with the form field left blank fires for every form on the ad account, which is a common source of unexpected volume.
  • Sources disagree on whether Pipedrive is a first-party CRM option inside LinkedIn, so check Campaign Manager yourself before buying a connector.
  • The CSV download from Campaign Manager is the fallback that always works, at the cost of a delay between submission and follow-up.

It depends which LinkedIn leads you mean. Lead Gen Form submissions from ads or Page forms can flow into Pipedrive automatically, through a Pipedrive Marketplace app like Outfunnel's LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms Sync, a connector like LeadsBridge, or a Zapier zap with an instant trigger. Sales Navigator leads have no native sync, so you need a third-party extension or manual entry. Individual profiles and connections go in by extension or CSV. If nothing else fits, LinkedIn lets you download a CSV from Campaign Manager.

Three kinds of LinkedIn lead, three routes

Most guides answer this as if there is one kind of LinkedIn lead. There are three, and they behave differently.

Lead type What it is Path to Pipedrive
A. Lead Gen Form leads Form submissions from LinkedIn ads, or organic forms on a Company Page, Product Page or Event Marketplace app, connector, Zapier or Make, or CSV
B. Sales Navigator leads Prospects your reps saved or searched No native sync. Third-party extensions or manual entry
C. Organic prospects and connections Individual profiles your reps found or are connected to Browser extensions, or a manual CSV

Type A is the clean one. Someone filled in a form and gave you their details, so moving that data into your CRM is permitted. Types B and C are people you found, and that is where the tooling gets thinner.

Does LinkedIn connect natively to Pipedrive?

We don't know for certain, and the sources conflict. As of October 2026, Kiin lists six CRM options under LinkedIn's Account settings, Integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Marketo, Zoho and Dynamics, plus a Zapier or Make webhook. Leadsync says there is no native LinkedIn Pipedrive integration. Leadsync sells a competing connector, so weigh that.

The fastest way to settle it is to open Campaign Manager, go to your account assets, and look at the integrations list yourself. If Pipedrive is there, use it. If it isn't, LinkedIn's help centre says you can download a CSV from Campaign Manager and upload it manually, or use one of the methods below.

How to sync Lead Gen Forms to Pipedrive

Option 1: a Pipedrive Marketplace app

Outfunnel publishes "LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms Sync" on the Pipedrive Marketplace. The listing says it syncs submissions to Pipedrive in real time and can create leads, deals, activities and notes, and update fields. Setup starts with choosing which forms to sync. Outfunnel says it maps custom fields and captures lead source and campaign data. We couldn't confirm its current price.

Option 2: a dedicated connector

Several vendors do the same job. All of the following are their own claims:

  • LeadsBridge creates people and deals the moment a form is submitted, maps form fields like job title, company size and industry, and passes campaign and creative names. It needs three LinkedIn assets: an Advertiser Account, an Ad Account and a Lead Gen Form. It also pushes conversions back to LinkedIn through the Conversions API, so ad delivery learns from pipeline data.
  • LeadsNotify creates a new person per lead, claims delivery in under 1 minute, and advertises a free plan.
  • Leadsync syncs each submission as a new person and lead with field mapping.
  • Unito offers no-code real-time sync with a 14-day trial listed in 2026. We didn't verify its Pipedrive mechanics.

Option 3: Zapier, Make or Pabbly

Zapier has templates for a new Lead Gen Form response into Pipedrive Create Deal, Create Person, Create Lead, and Update Deal. The trigger is instant. Steps:

  1. Confirm permissions. You must be a Company Page Admin or a Lead Gen Form Manager for the Page, and an Account Manager or Campaign Manager on the ads account. Both roles, not one.
  2. Pick the trigger: new Lead Gen Form response for ads, or the organic trigger for forms on a Company Page, Product Page or Event.
  3. Choose the specific form. Leaving this field blank fires the zap for every form on the account.
  4. Pick the Pipedrive action and map fields. Create Person supports multiple emails, phones and custom fields.
  5. Send a test lead and check it lands with the right owner and pipeline stage.

Some of these templates are labelled Premium, so check which Zapier plan you need. The event registration trigger is scheduled, not instant, so event leads arrive late. Zapier also works in reverse: you can push organisations from Pipedrive, or contacts from won deals, into LinkedIn Matched Audiences.

Option 4: the manual CSV

Download the leads CSV from Campaign Manager, clean the columns, and import the file with Pipedrive's spreadsheet import. Our estimate: 15 to 30 minutes the first time while you map columns, and 5 to 10 minutes per batch after that. The real cost is delay. A lead downloaded on Friday is a cold lead by Monday, which matters more than most teams think, as we cover in speed to lead for buying signals. We couldn't verify how long LinkedIn keeps form leads available to download, so don't let them sit.

Method Speed Setup effort Cost Pick it if
Native LinkedIn integration Automatic Low Included, if it exists for you It shows in your Campaign Manager integrations
Outfunnel Marketplace app Real time (vendor claim) Low Not published in our research You want a Pipedrive-native app
LeadsBridge, LeadsNotify, Leadsync, Unito Real time or under 1 minute (vendor claims) Low to medium Check each vendor You also want conversions sent back to LinkedIn
Zapier, Make, Pabbly Instant for ad forms, scheduled for events Medium Depends on plan; some templates Premium You already run Zapier and want control
CSV import Batches None upfront Free, costs rep time Low volume or a one-off backfill

How do I get Sales Navigator leads into Pipedrive?

There is no native sync between Sales Navigator and Pipedrive. Your options are third-party extensions that read Sales Navigator pages and write to your CRM, or a rep typing records in. Extensions carry account risk, which we cover in generating LinkedIn leads without a Chrome extension and in LinkedIn outreach limits in 2026.

Before you sync anything, ask whether the lead belongs in Pipedrive yet. A saved Sales Navigator lead is a guess, not a conversation. Many teams keep prospects out of the CRM until there is a reply or a fit score, so the pipeline isn't full of strangers. Lead scoring for LinkedIn engagement is a good filter, and so is an ICP written for LinkedIn.

Organic prospects and connections

For people who liked a post or are already connected, the route is a CSV of your connections or an extension. Neither carries context like why the person matters right now. If the source is post engagement, turning likes and comments into leads explains how to qualify them before they reach the CRM.

Where it breaks

  • Duplicates. Connectors that create a new person per submission will duplicate anyone who fills in two forms. Test with the same email twice.
  • Unmapped fields. Job title and company size often land in notes instead of fields, which kills filtering later.
  • Leads vs deals. Creating a deal for every form fill clogs the pipeline. Pipedrive Leads is usually the better landing spot.
  • Missing owner. A lead with no owner gets no follow-up. Set assignment in the zap or connector.
  • Permissions. Zaps break quietly when the person who set them up loses Page or ad account access.

Where Saava fits

Saava doesn't sync Lead Gen Forms and doesn't replace any connector on this page. It covers the earlier step for types B and C: finding people showing buying signals on LinkedIn, scoring them against your ICP, and sending outreach from a LinkedIn account or email you connect yourself. That means fewer cold profiles to push into Pipedrive, and more prospects who have already replied when they get there.

FAQ

Is Pipedrive a native CRM option in LinkedIn Campaign Manager?

One 2026 source says yes and another says no. Check your Campaign Manager integrations list directly, because it is the only answer that applies to your account.

Why is my Zapier zap creating leads from forms I didn't choose?

The form field in the trigger is probably blank. A blank form field fires for new leads across every form on the ad account.

Can I sync Sales Navigator saved leads to Pipedrive automatically?

Not natively. Only third-party extensions do it, and they carry account risk, so decide whether those prospects belong in the CRM before a reply.

Should LinkedIn form leads become Pipedrive leads or deals?

Usually leads. Promote them to deals once someone qualifies the person, so your pipeline reflects real opportunities.
