Best tool to find leads from LinkedIn post engagement (2026)
No neutral ranking exists, and most lists are written by vendors putting themselves first. This page sorts the tools by the job you need done, what they cost in 2026, and where each one stops.
On this page
- No neutral benchmark of LinkedIn engagement scrapers exists, and almost every 'best tool' list is written by a vendor that ranks itself first.
- PhantomBuster is the plain choice for exporting likers and commenters from a known post URL to a CSV, but it runs on your LinkedIn session cookie and does not score anyone.
- No-login readers such as Linked Panda, Signado and Embers add ICP scoring, and Embers lists their prices from about $29 to $49 a month in 2026.
- For one-off pulls, per-result pricing is cheapest: one Apify Actor lists $1.10 per 1,000 results, and Linked Panda charges $0.05 per profile credit.
- An engager list only turns into pipeline when someone scores it and contacts the right people quickly, so decide who does that before you pick a scraper.
There is no single best tool for finding leads from LinkedIn post engagement, and most rankings are written by vendors that put themselves first. Pick by job. PhantomBuster is the simplest way to export likers and commenters from one post to a CSV, using your session cookie. No-login readers like Linked Panda, Signado and Embers add ICP scoring from about $29 to $49 a month in 2026. If you want scoring and outreach in one place, use a signal tool such as Saava.
The short version
We read the published rankings for this question in October 2026. Every one we found came from a company selling one of the tools: Signado ranks Signado first, ReactIn ranks ReactIn first, CommunityTracker ranks CommunityTracker first. We found no independent test of match rate, data completeness or account ban rate. So this page skips the 'number one' badge and sorts the tools by what you actually need done.
| Tool | Best for | Uses your LinkedIn login to read? | Starting price (2026) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Saava | Scored engagers plus outreach from your own account | Sending uses the account you connect | See the sign-up page |
| PhantomBuster | Exporting likers and commenters from a known post to CSV | Yes, session cookie | $56/mo billed annually ($672/yr) |
| Linked Panda | Pay-per-profile enrichment and ICP scoring | No, per vendor comparisons | $0.05 per credit, $10 minimum |
| Vayne | Lead lists with reaction types and full comment text | Not stated in our research | Not published in our research |
| Origami | Trying it free before paying | Not stated in our research | 1,000 free credits, then $29/mo |
If you have never worked an engagement list before, read how to turn a post's likes and comments into leads first. The tool matters less than what you do with the list.
Which tool should you pick for your situation?
Saava: if you want the list scored and worked
Saava watches buying signals on LinkedIn, including who engages with posts you care about, scores those people against your ICP, and sends outreach from your own connected LinkedIn account or email. It is a good fit if you are the one who has to book the meetings and you don't want to run a scraper, an enrichment tool and a sequencer as three separate jobs. It is not a good fit if all you want is a raw CSV of one post's likers once a quarter. For that, a $1 Apify run is cheaper.
PhantomBuster: if you want a raw export you control
PhantomBuster runs automations called Phantoms. The ones that matter here are Post Likers Export, Post Commenters Export, and a combined commenter and liker workflow. You paste a post URL, it runs from PhantomBuster's cloud, and you get a CSV. It connects through your LinkedIn session cookie, not your password. Pricing differs by source: one comparison lists $69 a month, another lists the Start plan at $672 a year ($56 a month) with 20 execution hours. That gap is probably monthly versus annual billing, but check the live pricing page. Pick it over us if you have an ops person who likes building workflows and wants the raw data. Our Saava vs PhantomBuster page covers the account risk of cookie-based tools in more detail.
Linked Panda, Signado and Embers: if you want scoring without connecting your account
This group reads public post engagement without your LinkedIn login, matches engagers to an ICP, and returns a ranked list. Linked Panda also looks up verified work emails. Its credit model is clear: one credit per profile, an email credit only when a verified email is found, $0.05 per credit on pay-as-you-go, and credits never expire. Pick one of these if you don't want any tool touching your LinkedIn session. That is also the subject of our guide to LinkedIn lead gen without a Chrome extension.
Vayne: if the comment text is the point
Vayne exports names, profile URLs, headlines, reaction types and full comment text, with weekly or monthly automations and webhooks. The comment text is the useful part. Someone who wrote 'we tried this and it broke at scale' is a different lead from someone who clicked like. We could not find Vayne's price in our research.
Taplio, Lynx Signal and ReactIn: narrower or extension-based
Taplio tracks your own posts only, needs a Chrome extension, gives a flat export with no scoring, and starts at $39 a month. Lynx Signal tracks your feed and comment threads through a Chrome extension, scores opportunities on a Kanban board, and has a free tier of 100 credits, then €23.99 a month billed annually. ReactIn covers 20+ signals, including competitor post engagers and your own post engagers, at $29 per sender a month without outreach or $69 with it. Those figures come from ReactIn's own page.
Apify Actors: if you can handle JSON and variable quality
Apify hosts community-built scrapers. One lists $1.10 per 1,000 results with no LinkedIn login. Another lists $0.01 per 1,000 results but had a 2.0 rating from one review and 8 monthly users when we looked. A cookie-based variant costs $12 a month plus usage. These are the cheapest option and the least predictable one.
What does it actually cost to pull 1,000 engagers?
The arithmetic below uses October 2026 list prices.
| Tool | Rough cost for 1,000 engagers | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Apify Actor (no login) | About $1.10 | Raw results, quality varies |
| Linked Panda | About $50 in profile credits, plus email credits where found | Enriched, ICP-scored profiles |
| PhantomBuster Start | Inside the $56/mo plan, limited by 20 execution hours | CSV of likers and commenters |
| Origami | Covered by the 1,000 free credits | Engager data, no outreach |
| Taplio | Inside $39/mo, your own posts only | Flat export, no scoring |
The raw export is almost free. The cost is in what comes after: filtering out students, competitors and recruiters, finding contact details, and writing a message that refers to what the person actually engaged with. Lead scoring for LinkedIn engagement covers how to do that filtering by hand.
Whose posts should you pull engagers from?
Your own posts are the easy start, but the audience is people who already know you. Competitor posts and the posts of people your buyers follow tend to surface people you haven't reached yet. Our post on tracking who engages with competitor posts walks through choosing those accounts. Whatever you pull, act on it within days. Engagement is a short-lived signal, and speed to lead matters more here than with a static list.
What about Trigify?
Trigify was a common pick for this job. Reports say it is shutting down, though we could only partly confirm the details. If you rely on it, read what to do before October 22 and plan your switch now.
Where the limits are
Cookie-based tools act through your LinkedIn account, so their activity counts against the same account that LinkedIn watches for automation. We don't know the ban rate for any of these tools, and no vendor publishes one. If you send outreach to the list afterwards, stay inside the caps in our guide to LinkedIn outreach limits and warm-up.
Where Saava fits
Saava covers the part after extraction: scoring engagers against your ICP and contacting the right ones from your own connected LinkedIn account or email. It is not the cheapest way to get a one-off CSV, and if that is all you need, an Apify Actor or PhantomBuster will do it for less. Saava makes sense when engagement is one of several signals you want worked every week without stitching tools together.
FAQ
Is it allowed to scrape LinkedIn post likers and commenters?
LinkedIn's terms restrict automated scraping, and cookie-based tools act through your own account, so that account carries the risk. No-login tools read public data instead, but we don't know of any tool that removes the risk entirely.
Do I need a Chrome extension to get engagers?
No. PhantomBuster runs from the cloud, and Linked Panda, Signado, Embers and several Apify Actors work without an extension. Taplio and Lynx Signal do use one.
Which engagers are worth contacting?
Commenters usually tell you more than likers, because the comment shows what they care about. Filter by ICP fit first, then open with a reference to the specific post.
Can these tools find email addresses?
Some can. Linked Panda charges an email credit only when it finds a verified work email. PhantomBuster's post exports give you profiles, and finding emails is a separate step.
